N-S appealed against the director ruling in writing + Rs100/-.

Appeal’s committee was formed with 3 senior Expert players.

Director, E-W and N-S were enquired.  E-W could not conclusively

prove the hesitation by North. N-S were awarded 1100+return of 100/-

This ruling could not help RaghuRaman to qualify as it still needed 2

more to be equal with C.V.Rao and go for Tie Break..

 

Any comments from visitors?  If there was no hesitation, was south hand fit for a double?? How many would double?
